David Roche PGDipCHE, MRICS
Co-founder/Director
David recently celebrated 40 years in the industry, having joined straight from Gosford Hill sixth form in 1979. David has a broad range of sector experience and is a specialist conservation Quantity Surveyor. He has been the lead Quantity Surveyor for repair works to various ecclesiastical buildings including St. Albans Cathedral. David is our resident Education specialist, having years of experience working with universities, colleges and comprehensives.
David is a member of English Heritage and The National Trust. He enjoys spending time with his family and is a season ticket holder for Oxford United.
Michael Lochrie BSc (Hons) MRICS
Co-founder/Director
35 years in construction he is widely experienced in working in most sectors and with most standard forms of building contracts including traditional JCT and IFC forms, design and build, NEC and management contracts. Michael specialises in Residential builds, inside and outside the UK, and has worked on residential projects worth up to £5m.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, teaching spin classes and running the odd marathon!

James Clark BSc
Co-founder/Director
James has over 25 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager/ CA working for the last 19 years in Oxford. James works predominantly in the Commercial and Health Sector, including working with various NHS trusts. Recently, he provided Project Manager duties on a £3.5m development for Canine Partners and completed the development of Audley Avenue Retail Park in Newport. James’s spare time is spent competing in half marathons and triathlons for charity and enjoying leisurely bike rides with the family.
